Iyoriang, Tororo. Five of us arrived by car surrounded by smiling faces, clapping hands and joyous singing, After introductions and speeches under the grand old village tree in gentle rain, we went off to a hut style classroom and plastered the walls with pieces of paper, handing out brushes and photos of wild, African animals. The kids jammed themselves in and fully engaged themselves in the serious business of mark making, It was tremendously rewarding!

Thanks to Beatrice Ochieng, head teacher.
Thanks to Kshitij Gheewala and friends for help and fun.
